💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for FloQast's Record to Report product line, partnering with engineering leadership. You'll drive AI integration to help accounting teams accelerate reporting and build trust in their numbers. This high-impact role combines strategy, execution, and coaching a PM team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Record to Report.
• Partner with Engineering to align direction and manage tradeoffs.
• Lead AI integration across consolidation, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Coach PM team on problem spaces, priorities, and execution quality.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience for B2B SaaS products.
• Track record leading product strategy for technically complex products.
• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes from strategy to execution.
• A player-coach mindset to elevate other PMs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems like NetSuite, Workday, SAP.
• Experience in record-to-report workflows such as close or consolidation.
