🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and data.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize pipeline and processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Established network within the tech industry and passion for building connections.
• Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions.

• Understanding of technical roles and ability to assess technical talent.
• Proficiency working with Ashby (ATS).
