You'll work directly with the CEO to drive GITAI's fundraising, capital strategy, and corporate development efforts. You'll turn technical progress and government traction into a clear financial narrative for investors and partners. This role offers meaningful ownership in a deep tech company expanding into space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead fundraising execution, including investor targeting and pitch materials
• Partner with CEO on capital strategy and valuation narratives
• Build relationships with venture capital firms and strategic investors
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and board-level materials
• Evaluate corporate development and strategic partnership opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Experience at VC-backed startup at Series B or earlier as a founder or strategy lead
• Experience raising capital from Seed to Series B, at least once
• Direct experience with founder-led fundraising and financial modeling
• Active network across U.S. venture capital and startup ecosystem
