💼 About This Role

You'll join the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) team to provide 1st line fault resolution on routing and switching elements. You'll coordinate centralized maintenance and design activities across NATO sites, ensuring secure and effective communications. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge NATO infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct 1st level fault resolution on routing and switching elements
• Perform remote routine maintenance across NATO sites
• Coordinate routing infrastructure design and configuration for exercises
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the routing cell

📋 Requirements

• CCNP certification or equivalent
• Over 4 years' experience with Cisco routing and switching
• Minimum 2 years' experience with HP Network Automation or similar automation tools
• Minimum 4 years' experience with network monitoring systems like Intermapper, Spectrum, HP Openview or Splunk

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BMC Remedy Incident Management System
• Knowledge of EIGRP and IS-IS protocols
• Experience in site and systems evaluation and inspection
