Description

You will provide technical and programmatic leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. You will architect, design, and lead the execution of streamlined technical integration strategies for complex, mission-critical infrastructure components. You will drive innovative approaches to improve system interoperability, technological convergence, and mission effectiveness across diverse operational platforms.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Integration Test Engineer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
  • Minimum experience of: 8 years of experience with a BS/BA or 12 years without a degree or 10 years with an AS/AA or 6 years with a MS/MA or 3 years with a PhD
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8140 compliance for WRC: 451 Systems Administrator – Intermediate
  • DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on IAT level, plus a CE/Operating System (OS) certification within six months of assignment

Responsibilities

  • Architects, designs, and leads the execution of streamlined technical integration strategies for complex, mission-critical infrastructure components
  • Drives innovative approaches to improve system interoperability, technological convergence, and mission effectiveness across diverse operational platforms
  • Serves as a senior technical expert responsible for advanced integration capabilities that enhance overall system performance, flexibility, and mission adaptability for environments
  • Leads site surveys and integration activities for a range of capabilities—including Squadron Operations Centers, GHOCs, SATCOM Gateways, RGEPs, and DDS Sites—ensuring robust and reliable system integration
  • Oversees the deployment and configuration of ETDVS (Encode, Transcode, Decode, Video Source) solutions leveraging Tactical Relays, ensuring seamless functionality and high operational performance
  • Provides expert technical guidance for integrating with existing DISA Block 1, Block 2, and Block 3 infrastructures to ensure future-state alignment and readiness
  • Assesses the effectiveness of integration solutions, identifies technical trends, and recommends major improvements to strengthen technological convergence and optimize capabilities
  • Mentors and leads journeyman and junior Integration Engineers, ensuring high-quality solution delivery, skill growth, and adherence to engineering best practices
  • Coordinates and collaborates with system architects, technical leads, and Government stakeholders to ensure integration designs align with broader objectives and evolving mission and technology challenges
