Description

You will architect and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive triple-digit growth in customer acquisition and retention for Payoneer's LATAM region. You'll collaborate with Product and Operations to unlock growth levers and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

• Experience in paid, search, SEO, and AEO
• Strong KPI accountability including lead generation for Sales Representatives
• Proven ability to drive growth in ICPs or ARPU
• Leadership experience in marketing teams
• Experience with digital acquisition channels and lifecycle campaigns

Responsibilities

• Own regional marketing strategy to drive exponential growth across priority markets
• Design and implement go-to-market plans in partnership with Product, Sales, and Operations
• Develop growth hacking initiatives using data-driven experimentation for acquisition and retention
• Build, track, and manage marketing budgets and performance pipelines
• Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability
