💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end customer onboarding for a complex SaaS platform, guiding new customers through setup and configuration to ensure successful adoption. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll translate business needs into effective system configurations while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide customers through setup
• Communicate onboarding requirements with customers and stakeholders
• Manage customer data migration to ensure accuracy and completeness

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
• Experience working with clients across different levels, including senior decision-makers
