You'll coach and develop Customer Success Managers to act as trusted advisors for customers using the Justworks platform. Your team will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through proactive engagement and business reviews. You'll partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and influence product decisions.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
  • Coach CSMs to build consultative customer relationships and demonstrate value
  • Monitor team portfolios to identify risks and opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve customer experience and influence decisions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in customer success or account management
  • 1+ years of people management or team leadership experience
  • Proven track record building and developing high-performing consultative teams

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR tech or SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with data-driven customer health metrics
