You'll lead the technical aspects of customer success initiatives for a leading AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software company. You'll drive product adoption and retention for our most complex accounts. This player/coach role combines technical leadership with managing a team of Technical Account Managers.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership on implementation and optimization of products
- Serve as voice of customer to product management and development teams
- Develop and execute customer success plans for value realization
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify improvement opportunities
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical aptitude in software applications, APIs, and cloud technologies
- Proven track record managing complex technical projects and driving customer success

- Previous management experience
- Experience with enterprise customers and strategic accounts
