You'll lead the technical aspects of customer success initiatives for a leading AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software company. You'll drive product adoption and retention for our most complex accounts. This player/coach role combines technical leadership with managing a team of Technical Account Managers.

  • Provide technical leadership on implementation and optimization of products
  • Serve as voice of customer to product management and development teams
  • Develop and execute customer success plans for value realization
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify improvement opportunities

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong technical aptitude in software applications, APIs, and cloud technologies
  • Proven track record managing complex technical projects and driving customer success
