You'll lead daily operations of a Rowan ear piercing studio, ensuring top-tier customer service and clinical safety. You'll drive sales, manage a team of nurses and sales associates, and create a celebratory customer experience. This role combines nursing expertise with retail management in a unique brand setting.

• Perform ear piercings with sterile technique
• Coach and develop studio staff

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and optimize profitability
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
