💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a news anchor and accountability reporter for a CBS affiliate in Little Rock, Arkansas. You'll help build a sustainable future for local news by telling compelling, impact-driven stories. This role offers the chance to be a newsroom leader and community face for a major media group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use editorial judgment to help determine newscast content.
• Work with producers to create fast-paced, innovative newscasts.
• Write and post daily on all digital platforms including social media.
• Develop story ideas, write, shoot, and edit news stories.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years news anchor/reporting experience.
• Develop story ideas, write, shoot, and edit news stories for TV, mobile, and social.
• Write in an exciting, captivating, and authentic manner.
• Deliver on-air news events in an engaging, accurate manner.

• Journalism or Communication degree preferred.
• Experience using latest editing and photography tools.
