You'll create an exceptional ear piercing and shopping experience for customers at our Bellevue studio. You'll drive sales through product recommendations and upselling, while maintaining studio cleanliness and safety standards. Customer engagement and sales performance are key to this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist with ear piercing and jewelry selection
• Upsell products and meet individual sales targets
• Maintain studio cleanliness and stock inventory
• Process transactions and maintain customer records

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 lbs
