You'll join Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, conducting in-home sales presentations for window and door replacements. Your core impact is driving revenue through value-based selling with pre-scheduled appointments—no cold calling. You'll enjoy uncapped commission potential and comprehensive training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners in the Bay area.
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process based on honesty and integrity.
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.

📋 Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable traveling approximately 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
