You'll serve as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for Terminal's largest strategic customers, ensuring they unlock maximum adoption and ROI from the AI-powered Yard Operating System. You'll balance hands-on relationship management with process-building to help scale a repeatable Customer Success motion. This role offers significant potential to grow into a leadership position as the first CSM hire.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own post-sale customer experience and drive measurable value
- Manage onboarding, adoption, renewals, and ongoing engagement
- Lead QBRs, success planning, and feedback loops tied to ROI
- Track customer health, renewal forecasting, and escalations
📋 Requirements
- 3-6 years in strategic B2B enterprise CS or account management
- Proven success managing multiple large-scale enterprise accounts
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle priorities
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
