💼 About This Role

You'll join OpenAI's People Analytics team to automate data reporting and build reliable datasets for executive leadership reviews. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scale reporting frameworks across the People data stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Automate manual data analytics and reporting processes using engineering stack
• Conduct data gathering and analysis for Executive Business Reviews
• Own preparation of slide-ready data exports for leadership reviews
• Build ad hoc data pipelines and rigorous data validations

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years in analytics role at high-growth organization
• Strong SQL expertise for production queries and ETLs
• Experience cleaning and validating multi-source datasets
• Excellent communication; experience preparing leadership-ready charts

✨ Nice to Have

• Python and automation experience
• HRIS/ATS/payroll data experience a plus
