💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the quarterback for customer engagements, owning onboarding through renewal. You'll drive adoption and value realization for Oscilar's AI Risk Decisioning platform, working with enterprise clients in fintech and fraud management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for assigned accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and decision-makers.
• Manage weekly cadence, executive summaries, and business reviews.
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for fast time-to-value.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years in Technical Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS/fintech.
• Proficiency in API integrations, SQL, and Python.
• Excellent communication in Tagalog and English.
• Experience with enterprise customers and executive presentations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fraud management or risk decisioning.
• Familiarity with AI/ML SaaS products.
• Startup experience.
