๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll build and lead Anthropic's Customer Success function across EMEA and APAC, scaling a team that helps strategic international customers realize the value of Claude. You'll partner with global GTM, Product, and Engineering leaders to shape international CS strategy, driving adoption, retention, and growth in key markets. This foundational role offers the chance to establish CS practices outside the US and make a direct impact on our international success.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and lead multi-layered CS org across EMEA and APAC, managing managers
  • Define and execute international CS strategy aligned with global agenda and localised approaches
  • Own international CS business outcomes: customer health, retention, expansion, satisfaction
  • Hire, develop, and coach high-performing CS managers and ICs across geographies
  • Partner with US and International CS, Sales, Product, Engineering to drive customer voice

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience building and leading multi-region Customer Success or Technical Success organisations including managing managers
  • Track record of scaling CS teams across EMEA and/or APAC at enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/ML companies
  • Demonstrated ability to balance global alignment with regional localisation across multiple markets and cultures
  • Strong people leadership: clear philosophy on hiring, coaching, and developing managers and senior ICs
  • Experience owning enterprise customer relationships and driving measurable business outcomes (retention, expansion, adoption)

  • Experience leading CS in both EMEA and APAC
  • Background in API products, developer platforms, or consumption-based business models
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and ability to articulate complex technical concepts
