You'll own the full autonomous stack at a startup building electric tractors for agriculture and defense. You'll work closely with founders to prototype and productionize AI, driving impact as the company scales manufacturing to 100 units yearly. This role offers high ownership in a skunkworks-style team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines
• Select, train, and iterate on ML models for autonomy
• Design and run testing campaigns in virtual and real environments
• Own deployment, monitoring, and user communication for models

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on coding ability and solid software engineering fundamentals
• Track record of deploying models that worked outside of a notebook
• Willingness to go on site and test on real machines
• Self-directed work style with active collaboration
