Description

You will leverage advanced analytics to shape compensation strategies for Stripe’s growing salesforce, ensuring alignment between performance and variable pay. You will support the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool, build dashboards, and provide monthly/quarterly insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Math, or Statistics
  • 4+ years in Sales Compensation or Sales Operations role
  • 4+ years technical expertise with commercial ICM tool (e.g. Callidus, Captivate IQ, Varicent, Xactly)
  • Proficiency in SQL, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Strong logic, problem-solving, spreadsheet modeling, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Monthly measurement of salesforce quota attainment at varying granularity
  • Monthly forecasting of compensation to target based on quota attainment analysis
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover root causes of performance-compensation disconnects and propose solutions
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting with analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for individual, management, and executive levels
