You'll lead a customer servicing team for a wealth management FinTech in a hybrid role. You'll coach and develop team members, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with superannuation legislation. This position combines people leadership with hands-on technical oversight, offering the chance to shape client and adviser experiences while driving continuous improvement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and support team members through regular engagement and feedback
- Provide technical guidance for complex or escalated administration matters
- Manage daily queues, workloads and priorities to meet service levels
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement
๐ Requirements
- Financial services administration or operations experience (3-5 years)
- Team leadership experience in an operational setting
- AML/CTF and superannuation legislation knowledge
- RG146 compliance
