You'll lead a customer servicing team for a wealth management FinTech in a hybrid role. You'll coach and develop team members, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with superannuation legislation. This position combines people leadership with hands-on technical oversight, offering the chance to shape client and adviser experiences while driving continuous improvement.

  • Lead, coach and support team members through regular engagement and feedback
  • Provide technical guidance for complex or escalated administration matters

  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement

  • Financial services administration or operations experience (3-5 years)
  • Team leadership experience in an operational setting
  • AML/CTF and superannuation legislation knowledge
  • RG146 compliance
