  • Own a portfolio of multi-location accounts to drive net revenue retention.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all practice locations.
  • Analyze account performance to build strategic engagement plans.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS/healthcare.
  • Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling to complex account portfolios.
  • Comfortable spending 60%+ of day engaging with clients by phone or video.
  • Highly analytical with ability to interpret data dashboards to inform strategy.
