๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of multi-location accounts to drive net revenue retention.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all practice locations.
- Analyze account performance to build strategic engagement plans.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS/healthcare.
- Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling to complex account portfolios.
- Comfortable spending 60%+ of day engaging with clients by phone or video.
- Highly analytical with ability to interpret data dashboards to inform strategy.
