💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, assist in daily operations, and hit sales targets. Your fandom knowledge will drive add-on sales at the register and on the sales floor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store appearance.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.
