Description

You will perform on-call and emergency night hospice visits for clients in Burlington and Camden counties. This rotating schedule (one week on, one week off) from 5pm to 8:30am offers full-time compensation and benefits while working only 26 weeks per year.

Requirements

• Current RN license in NJ
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Strongly prefer prior hospice or home care experience
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to assigned cases

Responsibilities

• Make home visits for after-hours and weekend hospice care
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management
• Document and execute doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as needed
