You will lead design initiatives and projects, using your expertise in UX/UI or product design to create impactful, user-centered solutions. You will collaborate with Agile teams, contribute to design systems, and ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years UX/UI or product design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI, design research, design systems
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Miro, usability testing tools
• Deep understanding of human-centered design and interaction design
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
