💼 About This Role
You'll join AHEAD's Managed Services team providing daily system support for desktop hardware, operating systems, and applications. You'll troubleshoot end user problems, act as the primary contact for customers, and manage user accounts. This role offers hands-on experience with cloud technologies in a global enterprise environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Take client phone calls and open Incident or Request tickets
- Monitor ticket queue and triage incidents by severity
- Troubleshoot end user hardware, OS, and remote access
- Perform user account management and password resets
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years Help Desk/Service Desk experience at enterprise level
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS
- Basic understanding of Active Directory or Entra ID
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure / 365 applications
- Familiarity with Virtual Desktop environments (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD)
- Knowledge of networking troubleshooting and remote access
