Description

You will lead key technical projects from design to delivery, driving scalable and robust solutions across our products, and contribute to our technical roadmap while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in high-growth or early-stage startups
• Strong expertise in modern software technologies with ability to quickly learn new tech stack
• Proactive problem-solver able to navigate complex technical challenges independently
• Strong collaborator and communicator bridging technical and non-technical teams
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade APIs and platform-level features
• Lead implementation and launch of new integrations with key data suppliers
• Develop and productize advanced data models to deploy new attributes and scores
• Advance architectural enhancements to support new product use cases
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing
