You'll own the full accounting function and elevate processes in a collaborative culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee AP, AR, and project accounting operations
• Manage WIP analysis and job costing
• Lead financial reporting and close processes
• Partner with CFO on strategic initiatives and ERP implementation

📋 Requirements

• Controller or strong Assistant Controller experience
• Background in construction or project-based accounting
• Strong WIP and job costing skills
• Hands-on leader willing to work onsite

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Viewpoint or Vista ERP systems
• CPA certification
• Team leadership experience
