💼 About This Role

You'll join Lalamove's City Teams in Singapore to coordinate same-day deliveries and liaise with drivers and clients for timely shipment tracking. This role offers hands-on exposure to logistics operations and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Liaise with drivers and project clients for timely dispatch and tracking.
• Schedule same-day delivery for events and coordinate logistics personnel.
• Manage client requests and support claims submission for extra charges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve issues.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and invoices; assist with sorting and packing.

📋 Requirements

• Diploma or undergraduate in Business or Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues.
