You'll scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs to exceed pipeline goals at Snowflake, a leader in cloud data platforms. You'll shape partnerships across marketing and sales to drive revenue. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a team of 8 SDRs to consistently overachieve pipeline goals
- Analyze top-of-funnel metrics and pipeline quality across Enterprise and Majors
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement on campaigns and field events
- Attract, hire, and coach SDRs into future Account Executives
📋 Requirements
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in pipeline generation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Track record of attracting and developing world-class sales talent
- Data-driven with mastery of sales development metrics
