You'll join BAYADA's paid Nurse Residency Program to build confidence and clinical competence as a new grad LPN. You'll provide one-on-one home care to clients of all ages, gaining real-world experience with 24/7 clinical mentorship. This accredited program offers flexible scheduling and work close to home.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes
• Utilize electronic charting for documentation
• Collaborate with clinical mentors and care team

📋 Requirements

• Active nursing license in Indiana (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• New graduate or recent LPN graduate
