Requirements

Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation
Hands-on technical skills for implementation in composable architectures
Experience with CDPs (Segment, Tealium, mParticle), CRMs, analytics platforms
Ability to design personalization delivery patterns across modern rendering strategies
Strong communication skills for guiding technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs
Architect and implement solutions using Contentful Personalization
Lead hands-on implementation activities
Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess customer readiness
Partner with Product and Engineering teams for feedback loops
