You'll lead the distribution sales function across EMEA, driving revenue through existing and new distributor partnerships. Your core impact is scaling the channel-first strategy by managing top-tier relationships and setting standards for the distribution team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own revenue output and performance of Distribution Managers across EMEA
• Lead, develop, and coach a team through real deals and pipeline reviews
• Personally close and manage the most strategic distributor relationships
• Drive operational excellence in HubSpot for contracts, MDF, and renewals

📋 Requirements

• Track record of leading distribution sales teams and hitting revenue targets across multiple EMEA markets
• Existing network of distributor relationships across EMEA you can activate
• Proven ability to drive sell-through revenue, not just sign agreements
• Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM

• Additional European languages beyond English
• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure distribution
