๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver nursing care, treatments, and emotional support during emergencies.
- Manage IVs, CRIs, blood transfusions, and other advanced procedures.
- Perform diagnostics, imaging, sample collection, and tube placement.
- Administer anesthesia and monitor fragile patients.
- Communicate with team and pet parents to keep care flowing.
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Credentialed as veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state of practice.
- 1+ years of experience as a veterinary technician.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for prolonged hours.
โจ Nice to Have
- Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology from an AVMA accredited program.
- Experience in emergency or specialty medicine.
- VTS certification in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia.
