💼 About This Role

You'll design and maintain data models in dbt, manage end-to-end data pipelines, and optimize complex SQL queries. Your work will directly support GTM data strategy for a global payroll platform used in 150+ countries. You'll collaborate closely with analysts to ensure consistent metrics across the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain data models in dbt aligned with business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end data pipelines from extraction to transformation and loading.
• Write complex SQL queries and macros optimized for performance.
• Implement data quality checks and cleansing routines.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics engineering or BI development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
• Hands-on experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Basic programming skills in Python or similar language for data processing.
