You'll own the end-to-end activation of customers on our AI-powered SaaS platform. You'll shape a world-class implementation experience while managing both direct enterprise and partner-channel clients. This role offers the chance to design scalable processes in a fast-growing startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Activate customers across web apps, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and more.
• Project manage multiple concurrent implementations with stakeholders.
• Lead customer-facing calls with executive presence.
• Triage technical issues for integrations and deployment channels.

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in implementation or technical project management in SaaS.
• Executive presence leading calls with C-suite stakeholders.
• Technical fluency with APIs, SSO, SFTP, and data integrations.
• Data fluency reviewing data schemas and ensuring data quality.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in HR tech, health tech, or benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Experience with channel partners, brokers, or TPAs.
