🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee and execute compliance management system components
• Conduct compliance risk assessments across business lines
• Develop and execute test plans for regulatory compliance
• Manage BSA/AML program and consumer protection practices

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
• 5-7 years of compliance experience in financial services
• Knowledge of fintech and consumer lending regulations
• Experience with compliance management systems

• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) credential
• Experience with BSA/AML program management
• Prior work in a fast-paced fintech environment
