Description

You will own the strategy and execution for faceless short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive millions of users to Creative Fabrica's Studio AI platform. You'll manage multiple accounts, test content formats, and scale distribution through a network of reposters and remixers.

Requirements

Built faceless accounts from zero to 50K+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
Deep understanding of hooks and platform-specific virality mechanisms
Ability to produce content from idea to live post in under 20 minutes using CapCut or similar tools
Experience scaling winning content into repeatable formats
Proficient in platform analytics and attribution tracking

Responsibilities

Generate massive reach through faceless short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Run multiple faceless accounts with distinct niches and posting schedules
Test content formats continuously and double down on winners
Build a playbook of proven formats and scalable variations
Scale distribution by building a network of reposters and remixers
