Description

You will lead a large team of supervisors, technicians, and associates in a multi-shift chemical manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and production ramp. Your role involves building the team, establishing operational standards, and driving continuous improvement for Starlink's advanced manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline, or 4+ years professional leadership in manufacturing
• 3+ years production operations or process development experience
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Experience leading multi-level operations teams with 50+ members
• Experience with chemical manufacturing processes (electroplating, etching, deposition, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of supervisors, technicians, and associates on a multi-shift schedule
• Ensure strong safety focus and maintain excellent safety record
• Build talent pipeline: recruit, onboard, and develop leaders and ICs
• Create training/onboarding programs and career development paths
• Drive continuous improvement via metrics (yield, OEE, throughput)
