You will provide qualified telephone advisory to customers who have submitted a building financing request via our platforms (warm acquisition), conduct structured sales conversations from needs analysis to closing, and guide clients from initial contact to final agreement with a partner bank, ensuring high-quality advisory throughout.

Requirements

• Required expertise as a real estate loan broker (according to §34i GewO) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in building financing advisory
• High consulting competence and communication skills on the phone
• Passion for real estate and financing topics
• Native-level German
