You'll own corporate IT services for Aera Technology, a Decision Intelligence company. You'll ensure high availability of systems and support executive stakeholders. This hybrid role in Pune offers ownership of IT strategy and infrastructure expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage help desk, AV systems, and infrastructure operations
• Provide break-fix support for Mac and PC users
• Handle new hire onboarding and hardware provisioning
• Administer software licenses and IT asset inventory

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of Corporate IT experience
• MacOS and Mac environment experience mandatory
• Google Workspace administration experience
• Azure AD or identity management familiarity

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems
• Network troubleshooting and Wi-Fi infrastructure knowledge
