You'll provide one-to-one care for pediatric clients in their homes with a flexible schedule. You'll make a direct impact by managing client assessments and executing doctors' orders.

• Travel to one client home per visit
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor conditions
• Document observations, interventions, evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in state
