Description

You will lead QA operations across multiple product pods at TripArc, a travel technology platform. This hands-on leadership role involves managing a distributed team, shaping release quality, and championing AI-assisted quality practices in a rapidly evolving development environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software QA
• 3+ years managing teams of 10 or more including distributed resources
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot
• Experience with JIRA and Git for tracking quality patterns

Responsibilities

• Own QA readiness across all active pods including scope validation, risk identification, and sign-off
• Track testing progress and defect trends; translate into actionable status updates
• Coordinate across QA, Development, Product, and DevOps to align priorities and remove blockers
• Manage workload, hiring, onboarding, and performance of a geographically distributed QA team
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted QA practices and oversee automation framework decisions
