Description

You will collaborate with clinicians to develop personalized nutrition plans, provide virtual counseling, and use wearables and data to help members achieve their wellness goals in a remote-first interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years health coaching experience (or 50+ clients)
• Registered Dietitian or NYS Certification
• Experience in functional nutrition or functional medicine
• Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized care plans with clinicians based on evaluations and test results
• Provide nutritional counseling for sustainable lifestyle changes
• Monitor member progress and adjust treatment plans
• Integrate wearables and tech into counseling for data-driven approach
• Conduct virtual visits and generate progress reports
