You'll own equipment improvement plans for critical Starship production assets at SpaceX. You'll technically diagnose, advise, and implement strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize losses. This role integrates IoT sensors and root cause analysis to drive factory performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own equipment improvement plans for maintenance strategies and availability
• Define and refine preventive maintenance tasks and spare parts BOM
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis on repetitive failures
• Develop reliability KPIs and support equipment commissioning

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years in manufacturing or reliability
• Experience with equipment control systems or industrial automation

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years in maintenance engineering in high-volume manufacturing
• Experience with CMMS programs like Maximo or SAP
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing equipment (CNC, 3D printing, robotics)
