💼 About This Role

You'll lead AMER sales onboarding programs and drive new hire ramp time through engaging virtual and in-person experiences. Your work will directly impact Okta's field readiness and accelerate time-to-productivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AMER sales onboarding experience.
• Conduct high-impact virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Align with stakeholders on feedback loops and learning interventions.
• Use data-driven decisions to influence onboarding strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enablement, onboarding, or SaaS sales.
• Strong knowledge of CIAM and security landscapes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% as needed.
