💼 About This Role

You'll identify and recruit grassroots leaders in Jacksonville, mobilizing them to advocate for policy reforms. You'll manage part-time canvassing contractors and organize events to engage the public. This role is with Americans for Prosperity, part of the Stand Together community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and motivate grassroots leaders to advocate for change
• Organize events to engage the public through canvassing and phone calls
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors including compliance
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated

📋 Requirements

• Passion for people and ability to build relationships quickly
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes
• Self-motivation and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Experience in grassroots advocacy or community organizing
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience
