💼 About This Role

You'll lead advanced vulnerability research and AI security strategy for 1Password's identity security products. Your work will shape industry standards at NIST, FIDO, and MCP while influencing product roadmaps and security architecture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead original vulnerability research on complex attack surfaces
• Develop sophisticated exploit chains and proof-of-concept attacks
• Publish high-impact research and present at major conferences
• Advise leadership on security strategy and product direction

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of security research or offensive security experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, CS, or InfoSec (or equivalent)
• Established industry-recognized body of work
• Expertise in AI security including prompt injection and adversarial attacks
