💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact RFx responses for a leader in travel and expense solutions. You'll own proposal strategy and content quality from kickoff through submission, partnering with Sales, Product, and Security to showcase Emburse's competitive differentiation. This hybrid role offers significant autonomy to drive continuous improvement in proposal performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end development and submission of complex RFx responses.
• Develop win themes and strategic narratives differentiating Emburse.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, Legal, Finance.
• Maintain proposal governance, version control, and audit readiness.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years managing and authoring complex RFx responses in SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of proposal management best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with client focus.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple workstreams.

✨ Nice to Have

• APMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with RFPIO, Salesforce, SafeBase, or similar tools.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or Travel technology environments.
