💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience at BoxLunch. You'll use your pop culture knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role stands out by combining retail management with a mission to help eliminate hunger through our meal donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Assist with planogram changes, merchandising, and store layout.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
