Description

As an Associate Vice President on our Strategy Activation team, you will lead a team of retail media experts and drive the success of enterprise ecommerce and omnichannel client relationships. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating business objectives into scalable retail media strategies across platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel, while fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, etc.)
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving client success
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable full-funnel strategies
• Strong strategic leadership and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic expert across retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo, Instacart, etc.)
• Act as senior client contact, accountable for client success and interface with senior stakeholders
• Translate client business goals into integrated retail media strategies
• Lead and develop a team of Directors, Associate Directors, Managers through coaching and mentorship
• Oversee execution of complex multi-platform retail media campaigns ensuring consistency and performance
